A 14-year-old 3LDK condominium with wall-type reinforced concrete structure.　

The floor plan, which has a separate kitchen, dining room, and living room, has become a complex, and was renovated as the family structure changed.

We proceeded with the plan keeping in mind the customer's request to make the LDK open, but the wall between the kitchen and living room was an obstacle to changing the floor plan, so we decided to create a cluttered wall that would accentuate the LDK. The travertine shape has a well-balanced overall finish. The walls were sculpted using French plaster and an inorganic paint that gives a exposed concrete pattern.
