This is an RC detached house that was purchased with an eye on the future.

Before purchasing, I was asked if it would be possible to change the location of the north-facing entrance.
By converting the former Western-style room on the first floor into an entrance hall, we were able to plan for a better flow of people.

The living room on the second floor up the stairs had a separate kitchen, so after checking the structure, we demolished the RC partition wall and installed an island-style kitchen.

By eliminating the partition between the living room and kitchen, it is now easier to entertain parties with many guests.
